Terms for learning together.

These terms apply when you browse hindustanitongue.com, contact us about lessons or use a Hindustani Tongue course. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms, subject to mandatory rights under the law that applies to you.

“Hindustani Tongue”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the language-learning service operated by WisdomRoot AI Enterprises Pvt Ltd. “You” means the person using the website or buying or receiving a course. If you enrol a child, you are the parent or legal guardian responsible for the enrolment and the child's use of the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation and course validity. Both form part of the information you should read before purchase.

We provide online language-learning services, including trial classes and paid programmes. Lessons are delivered live with a teacher and may include visual learning materials, practice, progress guidance or online classroom resources when those items are included in your selected plan.

The course page, checkout and written enrolment confirmation explain the programme you selected, including the number and duration of lessons, any extras and any course-specific schedule. Please check those details before paying. If a written course confirmation contains a specific commitment that differs from this general page, the specific commitment for your order takes precedence, subject to applicable law.

Language progress depends on a learner's attendance, practice, starting level and other factors. We provide teaching and support; we do not promise a particular fluency level or result by a set date.

We may update the website, teaching materials or service features. We will not use a general update to remove a material benefit already confirmed for a paid course.

A parent or legal guardian must place the order, provide any permission required and remain the main contact for a learner under 18. The parent or guardian should help the learner access online lessons safely and contact us about scheduling, support or safeguarding concerns.

Teachers are expected to follow the standards set out in our Refund Policy's teacher-responsibilities section. We may pause a class and review a concern where needed to protect a learner or teacher.

The course price and currency shown to you in the checkout are the price and currency for that transaction. They may reflect the billing country or payment option selected. Your nationality or heritage does not determine your price. Please check the amount, currency, taxes if shown, payment schedule and any discount before confirming payment.

Payment is due as shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion, transfer or card fees; ask them if you need to know those charges. Keep your receipt or payment reference for support.

Do not pay a teacher or another individual directly unless Hindustani Tongue has specifically authorised that payment in writing. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

You and your teacher agree lesson times and timezone. The schedule, any required notice for rescheduling and the treatment of learner no-shows should be given to you in writing before you commit to the schedule. If your course confirmation or booking states a specific rule, that rule applies to your booking, subject to applicable law.

If a teacher cancels or misses a lesson, a lesson that was not delivered will not be counted as completed. We will arrange a replacement or rescheduled session with you. For a scheduling difficulty or a request for a different teacher, contact team@hindustanitongue.com.

The standard course validity is eight months. A different expiry period or extension confirmed in writing for your enrolment will be honoured. A paid validity extension is offered at the published fee of US$70; contact support to confirm the extension duration, price in your payment currency and revised expiry before paying.

We expect learners, parents and teachers to communicate respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual misconduct, sharing someone else's private information, or behaviour that creates a safety risk is not acceptable. Teachers should be patient, prepared and professional, and should use appropriate boundaries with children.

If you have a concern, email team@hindustanitongue.com with the learner's name, course and relevant class date. We will review the concern and take reasonable steps, which may include support, a teacher change, a pause while we investigate, or ending access where serious conduct or safety issues justify it. We will explain the outcome where appropriate and lawful.

Website text, lesson visuals, audio, worksheets and other original Hindustani Tongue materials are owned by us or used with permission. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use materials supplied with your course for your own learning during the applicable access period.

You may not sell, publicly post, copy at scale, distribute, alter or use course resources commercially without written permission. Do not share course logins or another learner's work. You keep rights to materials you create yourself, subject to any rights in content supplied by others.

Do not record or publish a class, teacher's image or voice, another learner's information, or private course materials without the permission required from everyone involved. If we plan to record a class for a stated purpose, we will tell you and obtain the permission required. Marketing use of a learner's image, voice or story is separate from course participation.

You agree not to interfere with the website, try to access systems or accounts without permission, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Online lessons may depend on internet access and third-party tools such as video meeting or classroom services. We are not responsible for an interruption caused by a provider or your connection, but we will work with you to arrange a reasonable next step when a paid class cannot take place.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content, privacy practices and availability are controlled by those third parties.

You may stop using the website at any time. Course cancellation, refunds and unused lessons are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may restrict or pause access if payment is overdue, a service is being misused, or a safety or serious conduct concern needs review. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to address it. Any paid unused lessons will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Any separate teacher, contractor or employee agreement is separate from these customer terms. Nothing in this page changes rights or obligations under such an agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and dispute-resolution rights that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. We do not guarantee that every learner will achieve a specific language outcome.

If you are unhappy with a class, payment or support decision, contact team@hindustanitongue.com first so we can review it.

We may revise these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will apply prospectively where required; an update will not remove a material commitment already confirmed for a paid course unless you agree or the law allows it.
