Refund Policy

At Hindustani Tongue, we understand that learning a new language can be a challenging process. That’s why we strive to provide the highest quality language classes and resources to our students. Our commitment to our students includes offering a comprehensive refund policy. We ensure they feel confident and satisfied with their experience with us.

Cancellation

Hindustani Tongue has implemented a liberal cancellation policy for its students. Certain conditions must be met to qualify for cancellations. Cancellations are only possible if the request is made immediately after placing the course order. If the enrollment has been communicated to the teacher and the Google classroom process has started, the cancellation request may be rejected. If a student has already started the course, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In cases where the quality of classes delivered is not satisfactory, a refund can be requested.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new students. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our language course within the first 7 days of starting your classes, we will refund the full amount paid for the course. Please note that this guarantee only applies to new students and only to their first course with us.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. Refunds are not available if:

  1. The 7-day refund period has expired.
  2. You have already completed more than 50% of the course.
  3. You have violated our terms of service or code of conduct, resulting in your suspension or expulsion from the course.
  4. You have shared or distributed any course materials or content without our express permission.
  5. You have used any course materials or content for commercial or other unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to students who we believe are abusing our refund policy or attempting to take advantage of it.

Course Validity Period:

It’s essential to note that all our language courses come with a generous validity period of 8 months. This allows students ample time to progress through the lessons at a comfortable pace and successfully complete the course within the given timeframe.

Extension of Validity:

For students concerned about completing the course within the designated timeframe of Eight months, we offer the flexibility to extend the course validity for a nominal fee of $70. Many students have successfully availed this option in the past, ensuring they have ample time to complete their language course without undue pressure.
