1. Our Services
- We offer language learning courses for Indian languages.
- Our courses are taught using the immersion method.
- We offer three types of courses: trial class, Mini course, and Full course.
- Our courses must be completed within 6 months as they have a validity period. After 6 months, the course will expire.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without notice.
2. Teachers
- We recruit expert teachers who have been trained to use the immersion approach.
- Our teachers are independent contractors who are paid on a monthly basis on an hourly basis.
- Teachers must be polite and gentle with their students. Any misbehavior might result in instant dismissal.
3. Affiliate Program
- We have an affiliate program in which anybody who follows the terms and conditions can become an affiliate.
- Except for demo classes, affiliates are paid 10% to 15% of the entire cost of the course.
4. Payment
- The prices of our courses are displayed on our website.
- Payment for our courses must be made in advance.
- We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
5. Intellectual Property
- Our website and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may incur from using our website or our services.

7. Termination of Teacher
- We reserve the right to terminate the services of a teacher at any time without prior notice or reason.
- If a teacher engages in any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, or disrespectful towards a student or the company, their services may be terminated immediately.
- If a teacher cancels or misses multiple scheduled sessions without prior notice or a valid reason, their services may be terminated.
- If a teacher is found to be in violation of any of our policies, their services may be terminated.
8. Termination of Student
- We reserve the right to terminate the services of a student at any time without prior notice or reason.
- If a student engages in any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or threatening towards a teacher or another student, their services may be terminated immediately.
- If a student misses multiple scheduled sessions without prior notice or a valid reason, their services may be terminated.
- If a student is found to be in violation of any of our policies, their services may be terminated.
9. Termination of Employee
- We reserve the right to terminate the services of an employee at any time without prior notice, during or after their probation period, if it is deemed necessary for business operations or for violation of company policies.
- An employee may be terminated immediately if they are found engaging in inappropriate, unethical, or illegal behavior that violates the company’s code of conduct, including but not limited to disrespectful, discriminatory, or threatening actions towards colleagues, management, or clients.
- Failure to Achieve Targets: If an employee consistently fails to meet performance targets or key performance indicators (KPIs) set forth in their role, despite receiving necessary support and feedback, their employment may be terminated.
- If an employee fails to follow company policies, including repeated absences or lateness without prior notice or a valid reason, their services may be terminated.
- In the case where an employee is terminated for not completing their probation period, the employee will only be entitled to 10% of their total salary accrued during the probation period, regardless of the time served.
- Employees may also be terminated for breach of confidentiality, misuse of company resources, or engagement in any actions that harm the company’s reputation or operations.
- The company reserves the right to terminate employment due to changes in business needs, restructuring, or external factors that necessitate the reduction of staff. In such cases, employees will be informed as per applicable laws and company policies.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of India.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
